Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

• United Kingdom: 2–4 business days

• Europe: 5–10 business days

Please note these are estimates and delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or peak seasons are outside of our control.

European Orders (Customs & Import Fees)

For orders shipped to European countries, local customs authorities may apply import duties, VAT, taxes, or handling fees depending on your country’s rules.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer if required.

Incorrect Address Information

Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries

If an order is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs charges or failed delivery attempts, any return shipping fees or costs charged to us may be deducted from your refund.
